No love for poor Steroid :/
Also i noticed that if Hitman is in the team and even Raven too, Raider won´t join you.. where is my dismiss and refund button?
You should really try JA2 (done by Sirtech who went bankrupt). Mercs were able to start liking (or disliking) each other (and Hitman starts a relationship with Raven, which is fine until Raider (who happens to be Raven's husband) is in the team). Also they'd leave if you hired people that were annoying them. Also Larry Roachburn is in that game. There's a whole layer of enjoyment missing in the plagiat at hand. Guess it's waaay too expensive to actually hire a couple of writers. Oh well...

Is this a bug in the game? :-)
I added the hate column to the table. Anything else that affects morale that you can think of?

Mostly, mercs that hate someone also dislike that same person, like for example Buzz hates (and dislikes) Lynx (Lynx however only hates Buzz). At the same time, Blood only hates Cliff, but Cliff has no entries for relations so I think it's possible to get them both (don't have time to test it atm). Also, Steroid dislikes and hates both Ivan and Igor, while "The I-Team" don't give a damn about him.give and example of a merc who hates and a merc who dislikes
EDIT: Ok, just tried Blood + Cliff pair. If you hire Cliff first - Blood refuses hiring. But, sf you hire Blood and then Cliff - it's ok. What's more they have no decrease in morale and it's possible to pair them up in a squad w/o any problems again and again. However, as I've said mercs mostly both hate and dislike the same person with some exceptions: Blood only hates(h:)Cliff, Lynx h:Buzz (however their hate is two-sided so it doesn't really matter), Grizzly h:DrQ, Buns h:Fox and Hitman h:Raider (two-sided).

Could you possible do some for best mechanic, explosive expert, medic etc when you have time.
Not only including the specific skill in question but also their overall ability ontop of that.
Cheers

Edit: It's going a little beyond the scope of what was intended, but the reputation requirement might be handy to note on this table as well - because if a merc likes another merc, he'll ignore the reputation requirement, which can be an important thing.

Everyone has boosted morale, sometimes 2x (if it's raelly as much as +20% to Magic's average 90 skills, dear god...), and all jobs within the team are covered very well with top-notch mercenaries who are all combat ready, just give them rifles and watch them steamroll the map.
You can start with Thor and Wolf to quickly clear Drassen with their combination of sneak and shotgun, then sell all you've found and the DLC items to order some extra ammo (buy a lot of 5.56mm and spare shotgun shells for Wolfie), and to get Blood on board.
While your 3rd merc is on the plane, you can rush Cambria (immediately loot the Colt rifle in the prison and buy ammo for it, if Thor still has his pistol), the Farm (rearm to AKs if you still don't have rifles for everybody, but I like to stay at 5.56mm and sell those rifles to hire more mercs) and San Mona, to finish the day by clearing both smuggler nests in the north (for loyalty and Dimitri's quest) and then early on Day 2 come back to Drassen area to clean up whatever was attacked while you were away.
With the insane amount of cash you get for liberating San Mona you can get Magic on the plane (due day 3 or day 4), by selling Miguel's and Skyrider's diamonds (can buy back later, don't worry) and looted rifles (especially the rocket rifle you get from the quest) you can bring Ice and Lynx on board to finish your team. Iggy should stay in Mona to aid defence there (snipers from the mined junkyard west of there will come in force (of 5:-p) to counter-attack you unless you were brave enough to clear the place with just three people, which is devilishly hard but doable at night and with a good shotgun rush (shotgun = good vs armor!)).
Your team being near Drassen on day 2 can pick up Ira and give her a spare AK to go hire Dimitri from Miguel's hideout so they together can defend Cambria and keep re-arming militia there, while your main team sweeps SAM sites, hideots and Estoni en route to either Alma or Grumm (whichever you prefer, I think most people go east first?) to get a 4th city and a couple map locations before the first week ends.
Just don't buy any rifles (you find more than you need!), make sure you have more than enough of 5.56mm ammo and keep hiring new people, you're going to need someone capable of headshots when you start poking more difficult locations.

I totally agreed on the "dream team" Ice-Blood-Magic-Lynx-Wolf-Thor: they are simply a perfect 6-men squad, with more then just one medic, more then just one mechanic (to lockpick doors even when splitting in two groups for flanking, maybe), and a lot of troopers for mid range combat. Sending Blood (axe) and Wolf (shotgun) inside a small building is just overkill.
I just have to say a little thing about traits and morale, maybe useful for anyone planning a different team: being "good" (yellow) the standard morale, Amazon is a FLAW (like Unfit). Ira, Buzz and Spider get "low" morale if working with any man and just "good" if inside a only-women team. Macho, on the other side, is just a benefit when at least one girl is in squad, but no decrease when working with just men. Loner is the same: very good morale when solo, just good if inside a team.
That makes Spider almost silly, cause she likes Static but never go to "very good" morale with him (exept at night). I also recommend anyone to never take Buzz, 'cause she's poor even as just a trooper until she get some (all of her...) points in Dexterity, can't even use a syringe, will never be at very good morale, and forever prevent you from hiring Lynx. Well, unless you let her die...
